I was tasked with capturing the food, beverage and dining offerings at Australia Square’s dining precinct. The imagery focused on plated dishes, close-up ingredient details, beverage pours and the dining environment, highlighting texture, colour and provenance.

Emphasis was placed on true-to-life colours, minimal styling and candid moments that reflect the precinct’s mix of casual quick-service, café culture and refined dining.
